The Supervisory Qualifying Broker holds the highest level of real estate licensure in the State of New Mexico. With the highest degree of responsibility for each “Super QB” for their brokerage. It is the responsibility of each Supervisory Qualifying Broker to advance positive industry change. We are interested in results. Starting with us. The belief that we shall hold ourselves to a Higher Standard.

In the Real Estate world, we are a select number of Qualifying Brokers (QBs, aka the ‘bosses’) real estate brokerages in New Mexico; with a vested interest in our communities and our industry and how those work together. Though no-one is perfect, we hold ourselves to a Higher Standard in our practice, knowledge, and behavior. We are passionate and proud about our ability to give our clients and customers the very best of the real estate world; all while advancing our industry.

Our Story

In 2016, an idea was formed based on the desire for real estate supervisory, qualifying brokers, to step forward and daily work to develop ourselves and our industry to an even Higher Standard. Our common denominator is this passion.
