Vicki Criel, President

Vicki Criel is 2025 President of HSQBA, and is a founding member. She is also President-Elect for GAAR Professional Standards, and has served onthe Grievance Committee and Professional Standards most of her 24 years in real estate. She launched her career winning Rookie of the Year for Coldwell Banker Legacy, and for the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors. Vicki specializes in luxury homes and short sales. She has a graduate degree in Gerentology, and was previously a therapist in a psychiatric hospital. She is also certified in Probate and Senior Clientele. She brings this expertise to her association with with Probate and Estates, and is particularly sensitive to the needs of family members going through these transitions. Vicki is a member of Elite 25 and NM Select, organizations that specialize in luxury living. Vicki is driven, and brings an enthusiasm and energy to the table that is hard to beat! Vicki is the founder and Director of Criel and Associates, LLC.

Olga C’de Baca is the Qualifying Broker and owner of Origins Realty Group. Before gravitating toward real estate, she worked for over 15 years in the banking and financial services industries. Her rewarding work with a local non-profit Affordable Housing organization provided opportunities to witness the incredible transformations that occur when a person or family achieves their goal of home ownership.

Serving the diverse real estate needs of Northern New Mexico over the last 25 years has allowed Olga the honor and privilege of successfully completing hundreds of transactions and has instilled within her a strong and empathic business acumen.

Olga’s personal mission to serve all clients with honesty, integrity and a firm commitment to ethical business practices motivated her to launch a brokerage with a select group of brokers who exemplify those same values.

Luis F. Ramirez, Director of Communications and Technology

Luis F. Ramirez, a licensed New Mexico realtor since 2019, owns and operates his own Residential Brokerage after receiving his Qualifying Broker license in Nov 2023. He has experience in all aspects of business and real estate working with buyers, sellers, investors and lessees. He’s proficient in all real estate transactions including vacant land, residential and commercial  properties throughout the state of New Mexico.  He’s earned different residential and commercial designations including Commercial Sales Expert (CSE).  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s Degree (MBA) in Business from Lewis University.  He’s very fluent in Spanish and English. His experience, knowledge and education that he brings with him to every transaction sets him apart from the rest.
