Vicki Criel, Past President

Vicki Criel was the 2025 President and is a founding member of HSQBA. She is also President of GAAR Professional Standards and has served on the Grievance Committee and Professional Standards Committee most of her 25 years in real estate. She launched her career winning Rookie of the Year for both Coldwell Banker Legacy, and for the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors. Vicki specializes in luxury homes and probate sales. She has graduate degree in Gerontology and was previously a therapist in a psychiatric hospital. So she particularly enjoys helping families through otherwise difficult times. Luis F. Ramirez, a licensed New Mexico realtor since 2019, owns and operates his own Residential Brokerage after receiving his Qualifying Broker license in Nov 2023.
