Vicki Criel, Past President

Vicki Criel is 2025 President of HSQBA, and is a founding member. She is also President-Elect for GAAR Professional Standards, and has served onthe Grievance Committee and Professional Standards most of her 24 years in real estate. She launched her career winning Rookie of the Year for Coldwell Banker Legacy, and for the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors. Vicki specializes in luxury homes and short sales. She has a graduate degree in Gerentology, and was previously a therapist in a psychiatric hospital. She is also certified in Probate and Senior Clientele. She brings this expertise to her association with with Probate and Estates, and is particularly sensitive to the needs of family members going through these transitions. Vicki is a member of Elite 25 and NM Select, organizations that specialize in luxury living. Vicki is driven, and brings an enthusiasm and energy to the table that is hard to beat! Luis F. Ramirez, a licensed New Mexico realtor since 2019, owns and operates his own Residential Brokerage after receiving his Qualifying Broker license in Nov 2023.
