Cassandra Morrison, President Elect

Vicki Criel, Past President
Vicki Criel was the 2025 President and is a founding member of HSQBA. She is also President of GAAR Professional Standards and has served on the Grievance Committee and Professional Standards Committee most of her 25 years in real estate. She launched her career winning Rookie of the Year for both Coldwell Banker Legacy, and for the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors. Vicki specializes in luxury homes and probate sales. She has graduate degree in Gerontology and was previously a therapist in a psychiatric hospital. So she particularly enjoys helping families through otherwise difficult times. Vicki is a member of Elite 25 and NM Select, organizations that specialize in luxury living. Vicki is driven and brings an enthusiasm and energy to the table that is hard to beat! She is a wonderful mentor to her colleagues. Vicki is President/Owner of Criel and Associates, LLC.

Luis F. Ramirez, Director of Communications and Technology
Luis F. Ramirez, a licensed New Mexico realtor since 2019, owns and operates his own Residential Brokerage after receiving his Qualifying Broker license in Nov 2023. He has experience in all aspects of business and real estate working with buyers, sellers, investors and lessees. He’s proficient in all real estate transactions including vacant land, residential and commercial properties throughout the state of New Mexico. He’s earned different residential and commercial designations including Commercial Sales Expert (CSE). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s Degree (MBA) in Business from Lewis University. He’s very fluent in Spanish and English.
